About Me

Mr. Goode has focused his practice on helping businesses and families in their estate planning, tax and corporate needs.  Having previously managed a law firm himself, he understands the practical needs of business owners.  He has litigated virtually every possible estate and guardianship/conservatorship petition in a probate court, including the probate of wills, guardianship/conservatorships, year's support, etc.   He also successfully represented an estate client in a case before the Supreme Court of Georgia.  He frequently lectures to various professional associations.  Mr. Goode graduated from William and Mary School of Law and received his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University.
