I first met Mr. McKinney at one of the nations top seminars on scientific evidence. Our paths crossed again when he attended the American Chemical Society's course on Gas Chromatography. This is the best of the best courses on the science of blood testing. To date there have only been approximately 50 attorneys in the entire US who have been dedicated enough to attend this week long course. Mr. McKinney excelled in the course and now has more training and better training than the majority of the "scientists" who actually run the tests in labs across the country. Mr. McKinney is the kind of dedicated and knowledgeable attorney that you must have on your side when fighting the government. It would be foolish to settle for less.
