Blake Kelley handled a criminal case for me and i was exremely satisfied with his services and my results. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me fully informed throughout my case. I was offered a plea deal during my trial and he advised me never to plead guilty to anything that i was not in fact guilty of. With his help, i won my case and all charges against me were dropped. I would definitely reccommend him for any criminal, DUI, or family case. Great Attorney!

I hired Blake for a family law case. Throughout the entire process Mr. Kelley was condescending and rude. Moreover, I did not receive the outcome that was expected. Mr. Kelley assured me that specific agreements were to be made regarding my case. These agreements were not made. I am not happy and would not recommend Blake Kelley.

I hired Mr. Kelley for a DUI first charge. He made lofty promises; such as he could have it reduced to a number of charges (less than a DUI). He also explained in detail as to why he was so much better than all the other DUI attorneys. He claimed that he charged less, was more knowledgeable, and had personal relationships with district attorneys and judges. None of these claims were true. I basically had the book thrown at me and wouldn't have been much better with a public defender.

He also was very relentless in fighting for my needs. During the settlement of my divorce Mr. Kelly caught several changes or oversights made by my ex-wife’s lawyer. One such oversight was the other side’s failure to comply with the court ordered parenting plan. I was charged with a DUI in Williamson County, TN. I had first hired another attorney but when my blood test results came back over the legal limit, I hired Mr. Kelley.

I had placed a large sume of earnest money with a builder for an investment condo. Project took so long I ran into not being able to get financing due to the mortgage meltdown and the product no longer available for that matter. So, for reasons out of my control I couldn't close on the project. The builder denied my request for the return of my 10k in earnest money. We sued the builder and WON! Blake actually negotiated straight with the builder after he was subpoened and before it even went to trial and I got back all of my money. By not going to trial he saved me additional funds which was nice. Blake charged me a 1/3 less than what everyone else wanted.

Blake won a judgment for the return of my $5,000 earnest money in a Williamson County General Sessions Court, when a real estate deal went bad.

With only a small chance of having my Davidson County DUI charge reduced, Blake studied my situation. He asked me and the arresting officer the right questions to get the information that convinced the prosecutor to offer a Reckless Driving charge when I blew almost twice the legal BAC limit. This allowed me to keep my driver's license and only have 6 months probation with minimal jail time.

Blake got my Davidson County DUI charge reduced on my first appearance. He also got my driving without a license totally dismissed, with no court costs or fines, after cleverly manuvering through the Court system. I was originally offered thirty days in jail and a hefty fine.
