About Me

Since attending the University of Colorado Law School and graduating from the Nashville School of Law  in 2004, Mr. Kelley has established himself as a  local authority on the intricacies of Middle Tennessee Courts, Judges, prosecutors and DUI law. Early in his practice, Mr. Kelley developed an extensive knowledge of defending those charged with crimes, by taking felony trials and winning acquitals. This knowledge, combined with his background in the sciences, gives Mr. Kelley a unique perspective in defending those accused of DUI or other crimes. As a Tennessee DUI attorney, Mr. Kelley has successfully represented multiple clients charged with DUI.  Mr. Kelley is a frequent contributor to The AVVO website and other internet based information and social sites.

Mr.Kelley has handled cases from the General Sessions Court all the way to the Tennessee Supreme Court.

Mr. Kelley not only educates defense lawyers and the judiciary, but also prosecutors, since he has taught classes in Government, Law, Chemistry, Biology, Physics and Ecology.  Mr. Kelley's practice, however, is not limited to DUI and criminal defense. He handles personal injury auto accidents, trucking accidents and contract disputes.
