This is the second time o review Ms. stiles. Apparently the first one never posted. Anyway, I give a very strong recommendation to Ms. Stiles and her staff (Helen & Clair). They were a pleasure to work with. My case was a modification of child custody and those are not east ones to win. I want to also thank the Child Custody Agency www.childcustodyagency and the Guardian Detective Agency of Hendersonville for their assistance as well.

I hired another attorney to do my divorce. He was giving everything to my wife. No matter what she asked for, she got it. I asked if Brenda Stiles would talk to me. I didn't know I had to fire my other attorney first. But she make sure I followed the rules. In the end, I had to pay some alimony, but I see that it could have been worse. She took good care of me, but she didn't sugar coat things. She told me what to expect, and laid everything out so I'd know what was going on.

If I hadn't changed attorneys, I am pretty sure I would have lost everything. Instead, I get to spend a bunch of time with my kids, kept most of what property I wanted, and only have to pay alimony for a few months.

My divorce was really difficult. My first attorney wasn't familiar with the court, and didn't do a good job. My husband was running the show. I changed lawyers. It took time for Ms. Stiles to fix all the mistakes my first lawyer made, but finally, I got custody of my three kids, and got a fair amount of child support. We were in court until 8 o'clock the night of the final hearing. When the judge sent his order, I was so happy. Brenda Stiles made the judge see that my husband was lying.

Ms. Stiles handled my daughter's divorce. She was in a very abusive relationship for many years, and it was only through the attorney's diligence that she was able to secure custody of her children, child support and alimony. The boy didn't stand a chance.

Did not feel that this lawyer was prepared for our case.. We were not informed of important information. Some things were not even brought up before the judge.
