Ken is a leading entertainment and copyright attorney with Day & Blair, PC in Nashville, Tennessee. He has served as lead counsel in numerous state and federal jury trials and as a specially-appointed Judge in state court. Ken also holds an appointment as an adjunct professor of business and law in Middle Tennessee State University's award winning Department of Recording Industry, College of Mass Communication. Ken's teaching and scholarship focuses on copyright law, business relations, music related contracts, and ethics. Ken is a voting member of the Country Music Association (CMA).
