    Very disappointed & feel taken advantage

    My husband & I paid him $1506 to file chapter 7, yes 7.
    Since then my daughters have received Ssdi pay back checks from their father that was put in a savings account for college fund. He now can't do 7 because of my minor children's acct having my name on it & he wants to TRY chapter 13. Thing is all of the past credit history I have are things my ex husband made me sign for & he now has possession of & I don't feel it's right for me to pay for things he has! Now, he won't refund our money although he's done nothing, "can't" do what we hired him to do & I have not signed a contract agreeing to any of this.
    Then when you call he isn't there, won't return your call or try to rationally explain why the change & what we need to do. He was down right rude on the phone.
