I have had the pleasure of working with Mr Graham on several maritime matters over the years. On one occassion I was opposite him on a damaged vessel claim. He is very experienced in the area of maritime law and admiralty issues. I have recently recommended his legal services to a former client who runs multiple ship repair facilities across the Gulf coast and Southern Atlantic coast. 10-15-10.
