I am the proud father of four children, married for more than 26 years to my wife. In my practice as a lawyer over the past 19 years, I have only represented injured people. I don't defend insurance companies and I very passionate about my work for my clients. I am licensed to practice law in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and the District of Columbia in state and federal courts. In addition, I have handled cases in Arizona, Kansas and Connecticut. I have tried many jury trials and non-jury trials.
Before I started my legal career, I served as an officer in the US Army. During law school and afterward, I served in the Army National Guard.
When I'm not working for my clients, I enjoy travel, reading and I play bass guitar (Rickenbacher!) in my church praise band. I enjoy rooting for my children in their many sporting activities and I love following my favorite sports teams.
My firm's website is http://mcatlaw.com and I have a workers' compensation site, http://bamacomp.com. I also have a blog http://bamacompcom.blogspot.com/.
