I will always relay any plea offer to you and I will continue to work the case to get a better offer or outcome; 7. I will always do my best to keep you out of jail or prison and to retain your driver's license, although I cannot promise or guarantee any particular outcome.  8.  I will always be honest with you.  Always, whether you plead out or go to trial, that is your choice, not mine.
