Having had some prior negative encounters with attorneys I responded to Tom's mailing advertisement with a degree of skepticism. Upon speaking with him and studying his website I was increasingly confident in his abilities to represent me following a DUI arrest. I was, of course,delighted with the outcome, being complete dismissal of charges. Especially important was my experience with Tom and his firm throughout the ordeal. The situation remained unpleasant at best, but thanks to the service he and staff provided made it as painless as possible in a difficult time in my life. Tom is equally professional and compassionate while displaying his broad range of wisdom and experience. Rather than raising my level of axnxiety with frequent calls without any new information, he kept me informed and responded to my phone calls with any questions,trivial or not, immediately or within hours including nights or weekends. This allowed a degree of relaxation I'd not imagined possible.He is The Best

Kudos to Tom for a job well done. I was a new resident to Sarasota so I had no friends or anyone to recommend a lawyer to me. It was my first time having to retain an attorney for a criminal case and he definitely was forthright and honest with me from the beginning. I did the research, interviewed several local attornies and found Tom to be my best bet. After watching other court cases go through the system I made a good choice, my case was dismissed. Yes, he is pricey but in my opinion, well worth it. It was hard for me at first to understand what I deemed a lack of communication but in the end I let him do his job and he did what I hired him for. Thanks Tom for a job well done. It feels reassuring to know someone is on our side.

Tom was prepared w/ multiple approaches and tools to defend me and attack the criminal dui charges that I was facing. In the end he really only needed one. I was confident from the beginning that Tom's arguments would be succesful. Eventually his arguments did prevail. All dui criminal charges against me were dropped and I'm now eligible to have the arrest record expunged from the system. He was quickly responsive to my inquiries and guided me through the process of obtaining a business purpose only drivers license after the dmv initially ordered my license supsended. He kept me informed of court dates, their purpose and the rationale supporting the arguments he presented on my behalf, and contingencies should his initial approach be rebuffed. Tom is a very effective attorney and I would recommend him for a dui defense.

Mr. Hudson did a very good job of finding the facts of my case and bringing them to the court room. I was offered several great deals prior to court and as my Attorney Mr. Hudson explained all the options to me. I was not going to be satisfied with any offer other than an dismissal. As an Attorney Mr. Hudson's job is to get the best possible resolution for you, so if you want an Attorney to get you the best possible deal, get Mr. Hudson, if you want an Attorney to stand beside you and fight, get Mr. Hudson. He is more than capable of both. No attorney can make you a guarantee, but Mr. Hudson's knowledge of the law, criminal courts, and ability to maneuver through them will ensure the best resolution for you.

I meet with several different law firms in the area an was not pleased with any of them. I could have saved some money and possibly got the same results. I did not want to chance it and you should not either.

If a dui lawyer is what you are after, then there is no 2nd choice. He is THE best in the area. Reputation is 2nd to none. Dui cases are always very slippery, but Tom has it down to a science. Obviously he had my charges thrown out but, I can say I felt very comfortable and knew I had the best representation availble.

It can go either way with lawyers, as with cases. And though not every lawyer will win every case, Mr. Hudson has a good track record winning quite a bit. He is knowledgable, although a bit pricey. If it is not a great chance of winning, then with his track record, you can expect at least a good plea. Mr. Hudson is not for everyone, but if you need a good lawyer for a hard case, then I expect that you would choose him.
