Mr. Todd Hunger and his staff handled my case professionally, keep me informed and they were always available to answer my questions.
I would highly recommend Attorney Todd Hunger to everyone.
I have known Mr. Hunger for a few years now and have seen what a great person he is. Although he is very busy as an attorney, he still finds hours and hours a week to spend with his three great children. I have also heard that he is going to be doing pro bono work for the non-profit that is taking over the Sarasota skate park. As a father and a citizen of Sarasota I am happy to know him and recommend his representation to anyone in need.
I highly recommend Attorney Hunger’s services. I found him to be very professional and he worked very diligently on my case. Attorney Hunger hard work and determination resulted in one of my charges being reduced and the other charge was dropped. Not to mention his Office Manger, Nadine was a pleasure to deal with!
We used Mr. Hunger as a defense attorney. We could NOT have gotten this good of a deal with a public defender. That is a fact!! As for the guy with the boat, too bad, he broke the law and should have to pay whatever the fair market value of the boat was back to the original owner. I am a business professional and would highly recommend the services of Mr Todd Hunger. They answered my calls and emails promptly, I could not have ask for anything more.
Mr. Hunger and his staff were very professional and trustworthy. He was completely honest with me from the start. We had a very positive out come - from 2 felony charges he got 1 dismissed, and received PTI for the other. He charges a VERY reasonable fee.
1 i wish i had choose a different lawyer. Mr hunger put on a good show, looked the part and all. He said $1000 to do a plea bargain $2500 to pea innocent and fight the charges all the way.
i had no money but my mom was kind enough to lend me some. i could only afford the $1000. so i had to take pea bargain due to financial reasons. that suck for me but what about Mr hunger.
2.after i paid him never herd from him until trial. i could not get any info on how much restitution i would have to pay or about the details of the peabargon. To my surprise on trail day had to pea guilty( to get adjudication withheld and not become a felon)----- I HAD TO TAKE A DNA SAMPLE FOR GOV.------- and pay restitution, 350 in court cost(felony)
3 i am so Innocent of the crime any one could get me off the charge.
my ex-friend left an nonworking boat and trailer on my property(the boat was not title to him at this time( he still owed $100 of $500) and our agreement was : i would store the boat ( he had no means of transporting or storing the boat) i would help him fix the boat , and pay for my 1/2 of operational cost)-----and i would be part owner.
after three days i looked at the boat opened the engines (by far the most valuable part of this small jet boat) the engines where seized and really rusty every where.
i called him and told him the boat was no good and he should plan to get rid of it. 6 months late he still wont move it of my property. so i do a stupid thing and sell boat titled to neither my friend or myself.
when my friend finds out i got rid of the boat ($400 is what i got) he finishes paying for the boat gets the tittle and gets grand theft auto on me.
this is clearly a civil case and I'm not a lawyer maybe abandoned property laws or some thing.
4 i would not choose Mr. Tod hunger as a lawyer
