John Ervin has assisted several of my clients in the process of negotiating the purchase of a business, drafting the purchase contract, negotiating the lease or lease assumption with the landlord, and carrying out the closing. He has done a fantastic job in all these areas, and has really gone the extra mile for the clients, particularly in solving complications that come up between the buyer, seller, and landlord. Moreover, he has been very prompt in dealing with matters and is very accessible and accountable to the client. I highly recommend John Ervin as an attorney for business, corporate, and contract law matters.
