Amanda Etzkorn helped us when we were starting our non-profit business. It was intimidating to see how much legal paperwork had to be filed; it's way more complicated than filing for an LLC. Amanda would translate lengthy and wordy legal documents into language we could understand. She gave us simple and easy steps to follow to secure our standings with local, state, and federal requirements. Her research was thorough and we felt there was no stone unturned. Amanda also made herself indispensable to us and was there for every little question. I can only hope every relationship with an attorney is as smooth and rewarding as this was.
