Before attending law school Ralph worked as a technical director for A&E and Discovery Channel and was on the team that launched The History Channel in 1995 and The Classic Sports Network in 1996 (now owned by ESPN). Next, Ralph worked as a technical director for WNBC Television in New York City at the famed NBC Studios located at 30 Rockefeller Center where he also served as shop steward for the National Association of Broadcast Engineers and Technicians (NABET) from 1996-2000.
Ralph is experienced in labor contract negotiations, labor force grievance issues, management and wage issues, workplace harassment and discrimination issues.
As a former Chief Assitant Attorney General and Assistant State Attorney Ralph handled a wide variety of violent and non-violent felonies, misdemeanors and DUI.
