 William D. Keith is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer who has litigated catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases in Florida for over 39 years.  He has successfully tried before juries numerous cases involving automobile and trucking accidents.  Additionally, he has had significant jury verdicts for his clients injured by dangerous products and slip and falls caused by defective conditions on property.

Mr. Keith is a charter member of the Southwest Florida chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates achieving the ranking of Advocate signifying the achievement of over fifty jury trials to verdict. Mr. Keith has also been certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 1986.


 


Mr. Keith is an honors graduate of Rutgers University and received his law degree from Stetson University College of Law.  He is admited to practice in Florida and North Carolina.
