Robson David Charles Powers, Esq. is a practitioner in the area of real estate and estate planning. Robson graduated cum laude from the University of South Florida in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with Certificates in Latin American Studies and Portuguese. He then received his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2012 where he was the recipient of the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award.
Earlier in his career, Robson represented clients in personal injury matters, criminal defense, and federal civil rights cases throughout the state of Florida. Robson interned at the United States Attorney’s Office Middle District of Florida, assisting federal prosecutors on a broad variety of criminal prosecutions. While in law school, Robson was an active member of Stetson’s Juvenile Justice Initiative and worked with professors, lawyers, and judges, in addressing social justice issues within the law.
Robson is a member of the Florida Bar, the Collier County Bar Association, and the Sarasota Bar Association. Robson enjoys giving back to the community and served as president of the governing board at Imagine School at North Port. In his free time he enjoys outdoor activities such as racing, camping, and kayaking with family and friends.
