Ms. Bogle was very knowledgeable about the issues faced in my case and was able to give the very best advise on how to proceed, resulting in a positive outcome. She did not tell me what to do but gave her advise on what may happen if several options were chosen allowing an intelligent decision to be made. I would highly recommend her law firm.

Tauna Bogle went above and beyond what is expected in an attorney. I decided to retain Ms. Bogle the
first meeting, after she came highly recommended from a client I met in DUI class. She was honest,
straight to facts and offered me the time to think about retaining her as my attorney. I was convinced and
have never regretted retaining Ms. Bogle
She has on more than one or two occasions gone above and beyond my expectations of professionalism talent and integrity.
She has impressed my friends husband who practices law in New York, Dui's only!
I have already had the opportunity to recommend Ms. Bogle to various Commander's of
clubs I am associated within and any friend who is familiar with my issues.

Tauna Bogle did not act in my best interest, allowed another lawyer to control mediation, and missed obvious financial red flags from my ex-husbands records. At mediation she pushed me to sign a document that would have forfeited what I was awarded during my divorce, essentially cutting my support over 75%, and basically walked away when I refused to sign. I paid her up front and on time for a total of $4k, and basically threw it away. I hired a new lawyer, who with an accountant has gotten accurate financial information on my ex's true financial state, and I will retain the majority of my support.

Did more than I ever expected, kept fighting for me, when most other lawyers would have thrown in the proverbial towel. Highly recommended.
