From the start, Steve took no interest in my case at all, He would not return calls or e-mails .After he mess up my workman's comp case I ended up with I had to go to court. He is the worse Attorney in Fort Myers, Fl.

Steve was assigned to me from a large law firm in my area. From the very beginning of my case I had issues with him returning my phone calls. His assistant promises to return all calls within 24 hours. The only way to get a response from him or his assistant was a threat to call the Florida BAR on him. I was that close to ending my relationship with Mr.Goddard, but decided to give him another shot, which was a mistake on my part.
He failed to tell me a mediation was scheduled resulting in the Carrier filing an Order to Show Cause for my failure to appear. My wife had to send a letter to the judge informing her that Mr.Goddard never sent us notice of said mediation. The next mediation that was scheduled he failed to tell me it was cancelled resulting in me showing up and no one being there.
I had another surgery after all this, and mediation was set and he was a no show.
I have proof of all this and it is my intention to file a complaint against Mr.Goddard in the immediate future.
