I was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. I have been living in Florida since 1985 and have been residing in Lee County since 1996. I am married to Amy Hawthorne and we have a daughter named Cassandra who recently graduated from the University of Central Florida.
I believe in using a personal approach in my practice. When you hire me, you get me. I am the lawyer you will deal with. You will not be handed off to a paralegal.
I believe in using a compassionate approach to the practice of Family and Criminal Law, with a little Bronx toughness thrown in when needed. Put my experience to work for you.

I endorse this lawyer. Joe is an excellent attorney that I would not hesitate to recommend. He takes on some of the toughest cases where his experience and skill shine. He is well respected and will work his hardest for each and everyone of his clients.
