Mr.O'Brien is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I got two tickets on I-75 two weekends in a row with two court dates two days apart. The first ticket I was found guilty with points in Manatee County court.Then I called Mr.O'Brien who went to court for me on very short notice (two days) and was able to get me a withhold on points with traffic school (I had taken traffic school within the year)! Very professional and understanding! Please do yourself a favor and hire him!!I didin't have to take time off work and the entire process was seamless!I wish I would have had him for my first ticket!

Unfortunately, I have had to retain Aaron's services a number of times over the last 8 years. Each time he has been brutally honest with me about what to expect, the best case vs worst case, and always gave me several options on how we could proceed. The last time I had to retain his services it was a very tough situation and the outlook was quite grim. Aaron stood by me the entire time and in the end he prevailed and I walked away with the best possible outcome. Not only do I trust Aaron's judgement 110%, but I know that his ultimate goal is to take care of his client. There are plenty of attorneys who will take your money and then focus on their other "bigger" cases, leaving you at the mercy of the justice system. Aaron is NOT one of those attorneys, he takes a personal interest in your case and fights to ensure you receive the most fair (and favorable) outcome. I cannot recommend Aaron highly enough.

Mr. O'Brien is an exceptional attorney. I cannot express how thankful I am to have had him defending my case. I would recommend him for any legal needs.

Mr. O'Brien represented me in a driving while license suspended case. Mr. O'Brien began work right away on my case and stressed the importance of participating in my own defense by gathering information from out of state that would be helpful in my defense. The result was a dismissal. I couldn't be more pleased.

He was very patient with him but also gave him words of advice from a lawyers point of view as well as a parent who didnt want to see a minor go down the wrong road. Mr. Obrien battled with the State who wanted my son to face major felony charges and he had never been in trouble before. He got these charges reduced from 3 charges to 1 misd. charge that got him probation and community service.

My sons case was many months ago and he has not gotten to any trouble since. His probation was for 6 months but he was taken off in just a month and a half and I trully believe if it wasnt for Mr. O'Brien that my son would have gone to a detention center for his first mistake in life.

I would recommend him to anyone who needs a lawyer willing to go that extra mile, he shared his legal knowledge, he attended all court dates in person and on time and made sure we were seen right away. He also had very reasonable fees for a parent in need.

Mr. O'Brien has also represented other family memebers and friends of mine and given the same level of professionalism and come out on top on each & every case. His staff is also as wonderful as he is.

Mr. O'Brien represented me on a felony charge of capital sexual battery.
