David P. Gilbert

Attorney David P. Gilbert, owner of Gilbert Law firm, graduated from Stetson University College of Law and received his bachelors degree in public communication from the University of South Florida. He has been living in Florida for most of his life and he has been a long time resident of Pinellas County.

As a law student, Mr. Gilbert performed pro bono work for several organizations, including the Criminal Appeals Division of the Florida Attorney General's Office and the Community Law Program, a non-profit organization that provides legal services to low-income and disadvantaged individuals.

Prior to entering into the legal profession, Mr. Gilbert worked as a law clerk for both criminal and civil attorneys and a workers' compensation insurance adjuster. From these experiences, he refined his legal writing, researching, and client interaction skills.
