We selected Aaron Slavin after reading so many positive reviews from individuals with similar stories and excellent outcomes; thanks to Aaron's work. From the very beginning, Aaron spoke to us on the phone (we are out of state) and handled every phase of our case with patience, diligence and candor. He helped ensure that my husband's probation violation from over ten years ago wasn't going to prevent us from moving our lives forward. Aaron was reassuring prior to court and genuinely happy at securing a positive outcome for us. He's definitely the real deal.

I haven't had much experience with attorneys, but I can't imagine an experience much better than the one we had recently. Mr. Slavin spent a lot of time with us explaining our circumstances and responding to our questions. He always answered our emails or phone calls quickly and was very knowledgeable about the Florida legal system and the how the State Attorney's office works since he was employed there for several years. Mr. Slavin's fees were also very reasonable and we should know since we shopped around for several days before making a decision. We're so happy we picked Aaron Slavin. I met Aaron Slavin at a media function months before I knew I would need his services. A bad day in October and the fact I never throw away a business card seemed rather serendipitous. Aaron Slavin is a very intelligent, focused individual who successfully defended our son. He kept us informed every step of the way, and listened to everything we had to say. He went above and beyond the call of duty and I am thankful we found him. He went to great pains to explain every step not only to us, but our son as well. I found Aaron on this site when he answered a question I posted and so far I am glad I did. First I checked out his credentials and was impressed with the fact that he graduated from a top law school. Then I looked at his work history and felt good about that for several reasons. His experience in the state attorneys office, the fact that he worked there for 6 years, his trial experience and the notable cases he handled there all gave me confidence in his experience and ability. He is easy to talk to and easy to reach on the phone and he has kept me very informed as to the progress of my case. I actually get the good feeling that the guy is actually working for me as a individual. My advice is that if you have to hire an attorney, look at all the things I looked at. With Aaron, talking with him on the phone was the deciding factor. My case is not over yet but so far I am very happy.

Out of the five law firms I called, Aaron Slavin was the only one to call me back immediately. And despite me only needing representation for a speeding ticket--Aaron took the extra initiative to contact a county court out of his area to find out the information I needed to have the ticket handled--all this before any payment or contract. He also made sure to email me after each call to summarize our conversation and remained in contact throughout the ordeal.

Aaron Slavin represented the case in the wrongful death of our son, Andrew J. Garcia, who was the victim killed by a drunk driver. The drunk driver's name is Joseph Eagan, who was sentenced to 10 years and 4 months in the Florida State prison, which he is currently serving his sentence. This Attorney definitely has a passion for his work.

Aaron always made us feel comfortable when we spoke with him, and he always took the time from his busy schedule to answer all of our questions. It was a very emotional and painful case for our entire family, and Aaron went over and beyond the call of duty, handling the case with great concern and sensitivity.
