I met Aaron Slavin at a media function months before I knew I would need his services. A bad day in October and the fact I never throw away a business card seemed rather serendipitous. I was completely overwhelmed by the situation and felt like I had to hope. Aaron came over and broke everything down into manageable steps. He helped me get my property back, had the most serious charge dropped in a matter of weeks and again most importantly to me created a manageable situation out of what I perceived to be a very UN-manageable situation. I had some personal issues along the way and Aaron was able to work around everything and with me while staying focused on the case when I had to focus else where. Our last day in court we received the good news on a reduction in charges as well as an option for a shorter probation. We had a goal for the outcome and Aaron surpassed that goal in my favor. If you don’t have Aaron Slavin in your corner, I suggest you write down his info, keep a card because just like me, you never know when you will need an aggressive, experience and determined attorney.

Aaron Slavin is a very intelligent, focused individual who successfully defended our son. He kept us informed every step of the way, and listened to everything we had to say. He went above and beyond the call of duty and I am thankful we found him. He went to great pains to explain every step not only to us, but our son as well. Everytime we called him the phone was answered by HIM which was VERY comforting. I cannot say enough good things about this attorney. If you ever need a GREAT attorney do not hesitate to call him.

I found Aaron on this site when he answered a question I posted and so far I am glad I did. First I checked out his credentials and was impressed with the fact that he graduated from a top law school. Then I looked at his work history and felt good about that for several reasons. His experience in the state attorneys office, the fact that he worked there for 6 years, his trial experience and the notable cases he handled there all gave me confidence in his experience and ability. He is easy to talk to and easy to reach on the phone and he has kept me very informed as to the progress of my case. I actually get the good feeling that the guy is actually working for me as a individual. My advice is that if you have to hire an attorney, look at all the things I looked at. With Aaron, talking with him on the phone was the deciding factor. My case is not over yet but so far I am very happy.

Out of the five law firms I called, Aaron Slavin was the only one to call me back immediately. And despite me only needing representation for a speeding ticket--Aaron took the extra initiative to contact a county court out of his area to find out the information I needed to have the ticket handled--all this before any payment or contract. He also made sure to email me after each call to summarize our conversation and remained in contact throughout the ordeal.

Aaron Slavin represented the case in the wrongful death of our son, Andrew J. Garcia, who was the victim killed by a drunk driver. The drunk driver's name is Joseph Eagan, who was sentenced to 10 years and 4 months in the Florida State prison, which he is currently serving his sentence. This Attorney definitely has a passion for his work.

Aaron always made us feel comfortable when we spoke with him, and he always took the time from his busy schedule to answer all of our questions. It was a very emotional and painful case for our entire family, and Aaron went over and beyond the call of duty, handling the case with great concern and sensitivity. He proved to be trustworthy, very knowledgeable, and quick to respond, even on such short notice. He always kept us well informed every step of the way, and worked numerous long hours through out the case.
