if he has an arraignment scheduled, then charges have been filed and probable cause has been determined. He can be held until the charge is resolved and then he will be sentenced. Physical evidence may not be necessary if the witnesses can prove the charge. Apply for the public defender at arraignment. That is one off the primary reasons for the arraignment.

Because the legislature says so. Driving is a privilege. That is why they call it a license. The legislature can set reasonable limits to whom they issue licenses.

The easiest way is the drive's license. If you have not already done so, get a Fl DL tomorrow and in 6 months file for divorce.

The chances of losing your car are extremely good. You may be able to arrange a buyback. They can seize your car for using it to commit a felony, i.e. fleeing and eluding. Look in the Find A Lawyer section of Avvo to find an attorney in Orlando. You need a good one. Fleeing and Eluding is a tough statute.

You should meet with an attorney. The length of the marriage is important, but it is the length of the marriage, not of the time that you lived together. Discuss these details with the attorney.

Why was your FL privilege revoked? Contact DMV and find out why. You can order a copy of your certified driving record at any DMV or clerk's office. Reinstate your dl before your court date if possible or continue your date until you can get your dl reinstated. Judges treat people who have reinstated their privileges much better than those who don't.
