Michael D. Fluke has committed his career to helping people in need. After nine plus years at the public defender's office, he left to handle a high profile first degree murder case in Tampa. Ultimately, the client ended up avoiding the death penalty and life in prison and received a 15 year sentence. Michael has been involved in the defense of 14 homicide cases and currently focuses on serious felony and complex family law cases. Michael is a third genreation law school graduate. Michael is married and has two children. When not working or spending time with his family, (which is most of the time), he enjoys golfing, softball and cheering on his beloved Boston sports teams.
