I practice law in both South Carolina and Florida for Special Needs Legal Advocacy, providing legal services in the areas of estate and wealth-management planning, special needs planning, trust and will administration, and advocacy for disabled children and adults.
I am committed to community service and am currently active as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Community Law Program, a charitable organization that provides free legal services to those that cannot otherwise afford legal representation. I am a member of NAMI where I lecture on the need for Transition Planning to prepare their disabled child(ren) for a transition in caregiving environments; I am a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
I am happily married with three wonderful children, two of whom are my husband's. My family has been touched by autism and Alzheimer's, inspiring my work in this area.
