One day I received a letter telling me my long term disability was no longer going to continue payment. They did this a few years after they agreed I`d need and would receive payment till 65 years of age. I went on line and found Nancy`s website,..Caveylaw.com. Her site was so helpful, it outlined everything anyone experiencing this devastating news needs to know.Well, I called right away and all my questions were answered and I was given an appointment the following week.
Anyone who has become disabled after a lifetime of working, knows that there is not anything more stressful and that your anxiety levels are off the charts. Your basic needs can no longer be met without an income. Then after applying for social security disability and you are denied and humiliated you just want to give up. Thats where I was at when I met Nancy. My thoughts & emotions were all over the place and Nancy knew where I was coming from. She understood and she reassured me and led me through the whole process.
Anyone who is experiencing problems with social security disability or their long term disability I encourage you to contact Nancy Cavey. Nancy, without a doubt, will help you through the whole process,I know you will be glad you did.

Her book is excellent. I highly recommend it. It tells you a lot about Social Security Disability if you are new to the process. However, she doesn't adhere by her own words such as she will meet with you and go over your case and decide if she will take it. That never happened. I met with her staff. I signed the contract and was told they would mail it to me. I did sign it but wasn't dated. That is my fault. I was overwhelmed and believed them. I had a bad experience within a few days with no return phone call until 3 days later. To this day, I have never received a copy of the contract after 3 letters sent to the attorney. I had to beg to get my records sent back to me. I never even met her and she fired me by a letter according to what her staff told her. I don't believe she even read the letters I sent to her. I truly believe her staff intercepted them and she never knew the true story. She left me without a lawyer and I was denied and am currently in appeal. I don't have a lawyer. The experience left a distrust for lawyers. Very tough out there getting disability and watch out if you have mental health issues as Atty. Cavey and her staff don't understand or have any sympathy for someone in that state. Hope this helps.

Nancy Cavey Was FANTASTIC! Ms. Cavey's website, CaveyLaw.com was extremely helpful and informative. I also learned an incredible amount of information from Ms. Cavey's book "What the Social Security Administration Doesn't Want You To Know". Ms. Cavey's staff was extremely knowledgeable and informative, and were always there to fully answer my questions. Ms. Cavey also personally answered my emails promply. I would HIGHLY recommend the hiring of Nancy Cavey to anyone who is thinking about Social Security Disability, or has had their claim denied. Because of Ms. Cavey's experience and OUTSTANDING knowledge of the law, I would not even consider the hiring of anyone else but her!

I found Nancy through a friend who hired her and she won his case. I reviewed her website and obtained all the information I needed to hire her myself for my disability case. My first visit to the office and meeting the staff I felt like family. I knew she was serious about what she did. She explained everything that would be done in detail then took the time to answer all my questions. I was handed a zippered bag that had all the papers and some books that I could review and I also I receive e-mails intermittently to let me know where we are at on my case. Bottom line is I would highly recommend Nancy Cavey to anybody who needed a disability attorney.

Nancy Cavey's website explained so much in detail it made me want to call for my disability case ASAP. I made an appointment and was greeted immediately and treated like they already knew me. Everyone in the office said hello and asked how I was doing. Offered me and my husband a cold drink. It immediately put my nerves at ease while going through through such a difficult situation. Nancy has wrote many books and the book called " what the social security administration doesn't want you to know" is so enlightening. Nancy knows what she's talking about. When talking with Nancy for the first time she explained everything I needed to know and was very patient in listening to my questions and taking time to answer each one. I have no problem ever referring Nancy Cavey to anybody. She is wonderful and has what it takes to win a case!

I had Nancy Cavey represent me in a workers comp case. Attorney Cavey overcharged several thousand dollars and was caught by me the client, she was taken before the judge where she had to explain herself, when it was over several thousand dollars were recovered. Had I not requested a fee's and costs breakdown she would have gotten away with it. One can only wonder how many she has done this to.

Nancy helped me with my rights to my long term disability benefits after my employer's insurance company diened them. Nancy worked with me every step of the way to gain the benefits I deserved, even though it was a tough struggle from my employer.
