I have known Rocky for more than 3 years. I met him by chance at the Pinellas County Court House when he was acting as Public Defender. Rocky is very professional, personable, and reliable. He has a definite "human" (caring) side to him which which is very nice. I would recommend Rock "in a heartbeat."
