Scott was a pleasure to work with. This was my first marriage and I really didn’t know how the whole divorce process worked. Scott spent about 90 minutes with me during my free consult and told me how the process worked. He asked what I wanted and explained how we were going to get the end result. During this period he took meticulous notes, asking and answered questions as he went.
When I hired Scott, he gave me a checklist of documents I need to provide him for the case. He rode my wife’s lawyer to the point of exhaustion. At the end of it all, I got everything I wanted and walked out of that courtroom smiling.
At the end, Scott gave me an itemized bill, separating his fees and that of his legal staff. He was more than fair, and I even had money left over from the retainer.
I always keep his number, and recommend him to friends in need.

When I went to see Mr. Scott C. Everett I thought all hope was lost. I hadn't seen my child that my girlfriend had run off with. She didn't let me know where she was or anything. I thought due to the fact that in all the time we were together we never married I didn't stand a chance...Boy was I wrong. This man fought hard and diligently for me and my child. It was a long hard fight but worth it because I now how my child and my child is living in a stable and loving home. Life is back on track for all of us. Mr. Everett was always very honest with me about all the issues. He is a straight shooter. I was very impressed at how prepared and how strong of a litigator he was in court. I know lots of people think you higher a pricey attorney from a pricey office you will get a great attorney. Well I am here to tell you to rethink that you are just a number to them with Mr. Everett you are a human being and he truly believes in what he is doing.
