A lawyer should give back to the community because the lawyer occupies a position of trust. A lawyer can’t simply exploit money from the citizens in a community and act like it’s an absolute right to do so. Public service in the community is repayment of the trust bestowed and the duty of every good lawyer.
I am the son of a Air Force Lt. Col. My dad was in the service until I was 13 years old. He retired in Tallahassee Florida and I became another Florida transplant. I started in the pre-med program at Florida State University but changed majors and graduated with a bachelor of science degree in psychology. I went to the University of Mississippi (the oldest state school in the United States of America) and graduated. There, I participated in the Moot court program (an trial advocacy program)and served as president of the law school student body. I was also a student member of the American inns of Court at Ole Miss.
I returned to Florida where he first started practicing in a personal injury law firm in Pensacola Florida as the sole associate to two experienced attorneys. From there I moved to Tampa, a much larger town which reminded me of when I lived in London, England. After working for some of the finest lawyers, I opened my own practice.
I am pleased to offer my services statewide because I have a pilot's license.
In my spare time I write bicycles off road and on the road. I ride motorcycles, sail boats I am a member of the board of directors of the Florida Bicycling Association, member of the Board of Directors of Southwest Florida Bicyclists United with Dealers, Inc. I am a member of the Citrus – Hernando American Inns of Court. I speak at bicycling clubs and other civic organizations. I think before governmental agencies advocating for bicyclists rights. I am also a member of the Rotary club.
I enjoy immensely helping injured people get back on their feet and get back that which is been taken from them by the negligence of others.
