Regina Hunter was not my initial attorney for my alimony case. I was not satisfied with my attorney prior to hiring regina. The hiring of Regina was a decision that I am glad I made. I hired Regina to handle my divorce and child custody case. She took my money and promised to fight in my best interest. She was in the process of moving her office to a Westshore location. My experience with her representation was extremely poor. Her response to every issue was give your wife what she wants. She did very little to respond to issues. All she did was send me a copy of any papers she received from the other lawyer. She did not respond in a timely manner. I ended up firing her. She was worthless from a man’s perspective.

When my ex-husband and I decided to file for divorce I was in dire need of an attorney to protect my rights. I did a lot of online research and asking around. I consulted with a few Tampa based family law attorneys. None of them impressed me the way Regina did though. It was an easy decision to hire her after completing my due diligence. To this day I am glad I made the decision of hiring Regina to handle what I consider the hardest time in my life. I can only imagine how difficult it would have been without her as my legal council.

I have been divorced for over a year. I was recently laid off from my work. Subsequently I would be unable to continue with the original child support agreement made when I initially filed for divorce. I contacted Ms. Hunter. She handled everything and filed a motion for the child support the be amended. Ms. Hunter was successful with her filing and my child support was re-evaluated.

Divorce was by far the worst time of my life. I was uncertain on the time to be allotted for me to spend with my children. A colleague of mine HIGHY urged I consult with Ms. Hunter. Regina was extremely through and professional. I knew she was the attorney to handle my case. The results obtained by Ms. Hunter were nothing short of spectacular. The Time Sharing with my daughter was exactly what I desired and the financial arrangement was also exactly what I was hoping for. Regina's staff was also wonderful to deal with.

Gina was up against by stubborn pain in the butt ex wife who thought the world owed her everything and she played the victim. Gina got me what I deserved with no alimony to my ex wife, 50/50 custody of my kid and lower than normal child support payments! Gina is a no nonsense bulldog of an attorney and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way!

I could go on and on about the services offered by this law firm, but I will limit to saying this - do not hire this practice to represent you in any divorce or child custody situation. The legal advice turned out to be horrible and the fees were astronomical. Please think twice.

Over 3 years ago I was in a very desperate situation in which my ex spouse went for modification of custody. She started out fine but would get frustrated easily and was over emotional and angry at times. Was not professional and really only cared about making money for herself. I received good results in the end because I fired her and her unprofessional team.

Miss Hunter was the most reliable and honest attorney I have ever used. I went through a very complicated divorce and without her support and knowledge it would have been even more devastating than it already was. She guided me through each and every step of the process, her and her staff always kept me well informed of upcoming hearings and things of that nature. If I ever get divorced again or my ex wife tries to take me back to court I will most definitely use Miss Hunter again and I would recommend you do to.

She charged me for an contested divorce which was uncontested at the end. Refused to refund my money.

The biggest problem is that she ill advised me regarding custody of my son and like a fool I trusted her. Since then I have seen two other attorneys who have found no validity to her legal advice. I "gave up" primary parent due to her and I never had to! Shame on me and an even bigger shame on HER!

i would not recommend her, I was not informed, had to follow up myself, had lawyers leave her firm, never notified, that my attorney kal had left,had to find out for myself,exorbitant fees. Started divorce in 09/04, final decree in 05/07, reopened in 07/07, because of never closed. Botched case!
