Earlier this year I was charged with a DUI. I was very concerned how this arrest would affect my short term goal of attending graduate school and my post graduate school career interests. After interviewing several attorneys, I hired the law firm Maria Pavlidis was working with at the time based on the recommendation of one of her former colleagues. By the end our first meeting, I knew I my decision was the correct one. Maria eased my anxiety and was very honest about the challenges my case presented. She also advised me on what proactive steps I could take to help with my case. Even though Maria left the firm shortly after I hired them, she continued to assist with my case and was always available to answer my questions. Maria Pavlidis treats all her clients with respect and works all her cases with a high level of competency and professionalism, regardless of how big or small. I highly recommend Maria Pavlidis if you want an attorney who will fight for you and do everything possible to resolve your legal challenges.
I worked closely with Ms. Pavlidis for five years at the Public Defender's Office in Tampa. Ms. Pavlidis exudes compassion for her clients. She is not afraid to take difficult cases and has the best work ethic in the business. Many lawyers claim to have trial experience, but Ms. Pavlidis actually has credible and recent experience before juries. If one of my close friends or a family member ever found themselves in criminal trouble, I would not hesitate to refer them to Ms. Pavlidis.
Maria Pavlidis worked my criminal case for 2 years. She was very personable, attentive, and sympathetic. She got to know me as a person and not just a case number. At the time she was a public defender and was handling many major caseloads at a time. However, she was always a phone call away to answer questions and to update me on any information she had received. Maria even became close to my family and kept them up to date on the case. Maria worked tirelessly on every aspect of my defense and was determined to have the truth be known. Her advice and sympathy was always well founded. Maria knew every aspect of the laws concerning my case and her knowledge is vast. When my sentencing came upon us she was not only a pillar of strength before the judge and prosecutor, she was a pillar of strength for me as I nervously faced my sentence. All of Maria's advice was what pulled me through the case. And even after my sentencing, Maria never refused a phone call, nor did she ever refuse to answer any questions. When it came time to end my probation, once again Maria was in court with me before the judge. Once again all of her efforts and hard work payed off. Even now, a year later, I can still call her with any questions. Maria is an amazing lawyer, she has a vast knowledge of the legal system. But, more than that she is a caring, sympathetic person who views every case as an individual case and every offender as a human. Maria is an amazing person who I would have stand beside me through anything. I would recommend her above anyone else for all of her wisdom and human qualities, which are so rare in the courtroom.
Ms. Pavlidis is a very intelligent, aggressive and gifted attorney who exudes professionalism. She expedites all client requests and is extremely organized in all aspects of her job. She kept me well informed on the progress of my case, provided me paperwork to review and maintained an optimistic attitude throughout the proceedings. I would, without a doubt, happily pay for Ms. Pavilidis to represent me in any case.
