    Jonathan’s Answer

It really depends on the specific arrangement or contract with your employer. The charge or at least the arrest will appear until it is sealed or expunged I would recommend retaining an attorney. Many attorneys will offer discounts to handle both the charge and the expungement/sealing. We offer free case consultations. Good luck and had a good weekend.

    Jonathan’s Answer

They can't really force you, but the State can force you. I would recommend taking your parents advice. Raising a child is expensive, you need help. I understand you don't want him involved, but he is going to inevitably be involved. Good luck.

    Jonathan’s Answer

I agree with my colleague. It is time to hire a Tampa Child Support Attorney to assist you in the matter. The Department of Revenue unfortunately isn't terribly responsive in these types of cases. I would recommend retaining an attorney to assist you. We handle these matters. Good luck.
