About Me

Adriana Guzman-Rouselle was born in Bogota- Colombia where she received her law degree from the University Externado de Colombia. In her native country she had the opportunity to practice in different fields of law including criminal, family, real estate and contracts. Furthermore, Adriana worked with the government in her country in the office of the Attorney General and after that she also worked as in-house counsel for Exxon Colombia. 


 


She has been residing in the United States for over 20 years, first in New York where she attended law school at the Syracuse University College of Law and obtained her New York State Attorney’s license. She practiced law in New York State for almost three years as a public defender, representing clients in family and criminal law . She moved to Florida, where she attended Stetson University College of Law and obtained her diploma as Jurist Doctor.


 


Our law firm has two offices in excellent locations. Our main office is located in Tampa, Floridaand servesTampa,St. Petersburg,Clearwater, Largo, Brandon and nearby cities. Our Bradenton office serves,Bradenton, Sarasota, Venice and Naples.

Our attorney can represent clients  in the Immigration Court of any jurisdiction in the United States and before any Immigration Office in the country from the  (Department of Homeland Security DHS-USCIS). Furthermore we also represent persons that have been detained for violations to the immigration laws by the ICE (Immigration Customs Enforcement Agency).
