    Jonathan’s Answer

Yes, it can be fixed, especially if you are able to make payments towards the fines and court costs owed. As I have told countless clients, Judges would rather have folks pay their costs, rather than sit in jail on violations of probation. Generally, Hillsborough County Judges will permit folks back on probation, if they can demonstrate they are making their best efforts to comply with the financial requirements and they have not previously violated. good luck.
