Several years ago, I was the victim of a DUI hit and run. Fortunately, the hit and run driver's car disintegrated not far from the scene of the accident. Matt took care in making sure that I was taken care of in every possible way, even coming along to provide support when I gave my deposition for the criminal portion of the case.

Matt Powell is one of the most brilliant men I have ever met in my life. He is genuine, trustworthy and a man of true integrity! When Matt tells you he will do something, consider it done. The BEST!

Matt Powell represented me and my family for the death of our child. He was amazing. He explained everything to us in great detail, and he got to work on our case right away. The hardest working guy I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He took my case, and explained to me all about the law, the facts, and what we needed to do. He was really a great friend through the whole process of my case. I can't thank him enough for his hard work, and ability to tell me what was going to happen next.

The liability was difficult for me, but Matt was able to prove that the other driver caused the crash, and hurt me very badly. If it was not for him, I don't know what I would have done.
