    Not Guilty on all Counts
    Description:
Client charged with battery. Client was attacked by two men at his work. Client fought in self defense but was charged anyway because he couldn;t effectively communicate the details to the police officer who couldn't speak Spanish. The two alleged victims were conspiring to prosecute him in order to advance their civil suit against the employer of my client. My client was offered a bare minimum fine but professed his innocence. I trusted him. We took the case to jury trial. The jury deliberated less than 15 minutes and came back with a verdict of not-guilty. I'm proud that he shared the same trust in me that I did in him. A great case!
