    Needed to amend Custody Agreement

    Many years after a divorce and abandoning my child his mother was making poor decisions that placed the child in jeopardy. Was able to amend the divorce decree in a way very favorable to my self and child.

    Positive Recommendation

    Mr Torres was very helpful and quick to get a resolution to my issue. After my initial meeting, I had total confidence in Mr. Torres as well as he assured me that he could quickly and effectively handle my situation. I would highly recommend him for anyone that needs legal assistance in his area of expertise.

    Torres for the Win!

    Mario Torres is a wonderful attorney! Not only is he knowledgeable, but he is honest and compassionate! He handled the sale of property between my mom and I about 4 years ago, and was there to defend it when it was challenged by siblings! Mario Torres' testimony was the "Ace "that won us the favorable ruling we were seeking!
    Kudos Mr. Torres!

    It is nice to know that there is someone you can always count on to give you support.
    In my opinion he is the consummate legal counsel.

    Wonderful and helpful response

    I am not a client but required some information on a mortgage we hold on property that the payments are badly in arrears. He returned my voicemail message, listen to the whole story and answered all my questions on what I could do with this contract I hold. He took time out of his busy schedule to talk to me and It really gave me some directions on where I stand legally. I thank you for your time and kindness.

    Save your money

    I used this attorney for a short sale. I had many questions and his assistant was not very responsive and/or took forever to get back to me. When the bank turned down the original sales offer and I asked the attorney's assistant how we were going to proceed, (i.e., were they going to negotiate with the bank), the response was that to talk to the realtor. The realtor is the one who told me to use this attorney for the negotiation purposes. Obviously, neither one of them knew how to handle a short sale. I paid this attorney a couple thousand dollars and he did almost nothing to earn it. He refused to give me any of the retainer back when I decided to no longer use his services - very poor way to treat a client.
    Use a realtor who actually knows what they are doing when it comes to short sales, and you won't have to pay any extra money to an attorney unless and until you have to go through a foreclosure.
