Carman is an excellent attorney, knowledgeable in all facets of traffic violations. He communicates clearly all options available to you. I had an accident near Jacksonville and Carman got involved even though it was clearly out of his area in South Florida He had it settled within 2 months at an incredibely reasonable amount.
Please don't hesitate to use Carman and his staff who are very good at what they do.
I would totally recommend Mr. Leon. His staff - especially Matt - and the ladies there all communicate with you every step of the way. They are very easygoing, yet responsive. They don't judge your situation, they just do their best to help you. I believe this was the best $250 I've ever spent since this entire ordeal would have cost me thousands of dollars over a simple misunderstanding. He saved me so much time and frustration, and was very sympathetic and helpful. End result = Entire case dismissed on 3 violations plus 3 toll booth issues. He doesn't guarantee, but he does his best to get it done and he did it for me. Great job, guys. Highly recommend. They will go to bat for you!
About 4 months ago I received a speeding ticket for $250 for going 10 over in a construction zone. A friend referred me to this attorney, claiming It could be taken care of for $150. Now four months later, I receive a letter in the mail that tells me I have to pay $350 in court cost. I basically doubled my ticket price by choosing this attorney, from $250 to $500 in total cost. Now I'm just assuming this isn't this guy's first time in court, and coming from a friend of a friend, one would think there would be some consulting about which was the best course to take; that being just pay the $250. Instead, we had a very brief conversation where at the end I was under the impression that the $150 would take care of the ticket saving me $100. This wasn't the case, and I now feel like I have been misled. A month after I sent the ticket to Carman J. Leon, I received a letter with vague descriptions of the what outcome may occur. By vague, I mean no dollar amounts or total cost, just open ended misleading information. Now 4 months later after I have almost forgot about the ticket I get hit with a $350 charge that is due the same time as my rent. I strongly, I repeat strongly recommend to not choose the same route as I did.
