Mark and I had a case against each other. I was very happy when the defendant retained Mark because I knew he'd advocate diligently for his client, but do so honorably and ethically. That makes the entire process more efficient and less costly for both parties. Mark is also one of the few experts in business litigation in Florida. When I needed panelists for a Palm Beach Bar presentation, I turned to Mark. It is illustrative of his character that his former "enemy" in a case would respect him enough to ask him to sit on a panel of experts in front of other lawyers.
