About Me

Attorney Dean Xenick comes to the Firm with over a decade of experience, practicing in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, construction litigation, and complex commercial litigation. He is a former partner in one of the oldest insurance defense firms in Florida, which gives him a unique advantage in handling Plaintiff's cases.



Dean earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology, cum laude, also from the University of Florida. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the United States 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Dean is an active member of The Palm Beach County Bar Association - the Young Lawyers and North County Sections and the Judicial Relations Committee, the Palm Beach County Justice Association, and The Florida Bar. In Addition, Mr. Xenick has been selected a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers magazine.
