After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English in June, 1991 Ms. Joseph attended Nova Southeastern University School of Law, was a member of the Moot Court Society, won first place in the prestigious Martin H. Feinreider Moot Court Competition in 1994 and graduated in the top 11% of her class in May 1994. Ms. Joseph passed the Florida Bar in July 1994 and was licensed to practice law in October 1994. Ms. Joseph is a member of the United States Southern & Middle District of Florida Federal Bars.

From 1995-2011 Ms. Joseph was an associate until 1998 and then became partner in a firm later known as Zimmerman, Joseph & Bayne and has been practicing marital & family law for over twenty years since 1894. Ms. Joseph became a Certified Family Court Guardian Ad Litem in 1998 and has been appointed over thirty plus times by judges to be a family court guardian ad litem and to make recommendations in contested child custody/timesharing cases and as to all issues relating to minor children. and also served as a family court mediator and parenting coordinator.
