I had to be the one calling him each month to see how my case was going and nothing was done. I had to call the Florida Bar to find out he was suspended since December 2013 and he was order by the Supreme Court to advice his clients of his 90 day suspencion and he never did. DO NOT HIRE HIM.... WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
This guy is a joke he should have his licence revoked. He is quick to take your money and does nothing for you. He never responds to your mesages and would rather text you than talk on the phone. He gets upset when you ask questions and makes you feel like your a bother the only time he will even consider talking to you is when you are handing him a check, then makes promises he is unable to keep.
Bruce Warner will take your money quickly, but not quickly respond.
Unprofessional and unprepared, you are better off going into court alone.
Bruce Warner took my case stating that the Florida law passed in 2006 regarding cohabitation could modify my divorce agreement from 1993. Besides not knowing basic Florida law, he never met deadlines he set for himself, misrepresented work he said he had done, never gave accurate accounting, and he repeated all the behavior for which he was previously disciplined by the Fla. Bar. My case was dismissed by the judge stating simply that the Fla. legislature cannot modify a contract. I have filed a formal complaint with the Fla. Bar.
