Very happy with their service. You could tell that they take their jobs seriously and that they really are out for their clients. Returned my calls and I felt like I really knew what they were up to. I wish I had known of them before I switched from another lawyer. Nice staff.

We highly recommend DiTocco Law. Tony was a pleasure to work with and very informative. He was always available to answer our questions and concerns. Overall it was a great experience having Tony & Neisi by our side during a difficult financial situation. Thanks so much!

Filing for bankruptcy was an emotional rollercoaster. Of everything entailing the entire process, his ability to stay in touch and communicate any issue or question I had, was highly impressive. His information was always spot-on, and he was virtually available any time of the day – that made all the difference. Tony and his associates made an already difficult time much more bearable.

I'm still dealing with the effects of his botched advise. First off he filed my case under the wrong Chapter (Chapter 7 when it should have been a Chapter 13), and the United States Trustee office sought to dismiss my case. I had to go to another lawyer to quickly change my case over to one Chapter 13 case, which wound up costingme a lot more, and the info in the first case was all wrong, which is now making my Chapter13 case much harder to get approved. As of right now I do not know how it's all going to turn out. All I can say is I should have checked out his credentials ahead of time.... I later learned this lawyer doesn't even handle Chapter 13 cases, only basic Chapter 7 ones. All I can say to people is this ..... Do your homework first!!!

Due to recent financial hardships, I decided I needed to seek legal advice about the pros and cons of filing bankruptcy versus other alternatives that I was also considering. Before talking with Tony, I met with a different attorney. Not to be harsh, but it was not time well spent. I was rushed in and out and left with an inadequate understanding of the considerable set of factors relevant to my situation.
I felt so uncomfortable deciding which course of action I should take that I decided to speak with another attorney. Very good decision on my part. I initially meet with Tony, a very personable individual, for a full hour. I was extremely impressed with his level of knowledge and his ability to clearly explain even rather complicated issues. I agreed to pay a modest fee for him to take my information and run the relevant calculations for deciding if it made sense to file bankruptcy. Over the next few days we exchanged emails and talked for an hour and a half by phone. Never did I feel that he was trying to sell me on filing bankruptcy. Rather, he simply explained with perfect clarity what I could expect if I decided to take that path.
Given the changes in the bankruptcy laws since I filed back in the mid-90s, I've come to realize that this is not the best course of action for me at this time. I am now working with my creditors to come to a mutually agreeable solution.
I feel extremely fortunate to have found Tony in what was, until his involvement, an extremely stressful and confusing situation. I would not hesitate to call upon him again should the need ever arise and give him my strongest recommendation.
Tony: If you read this, thanks so much. You are a credit to your profession.
