we hired him to do a case which i know i was not guilty for but had to prove it to the state. everything to make the case great he gives it to the state. cost me over a thousand dollars.he also charge me for a second chair over 10.000 dollars we did not use and i got no refund instead trying to sue me for balance. he also depo over 54 or more people which was a waste of money. we are looking into malpractice with this attorney.i once say to him why are you depo in the doctor who pronounce the man dead oh no stone must be left unturn. i didnt do it so i dont care.this attorney took over three years most of the case was research by me and my mom.this attorney as over 38 years of experience but never win a murder case. a lot of unnecessary expense was created by him.once we needed to find a immigration expert he could not find one he hire a person to look one i had to stop it. he try to do everything but i think he would be better on real estate cases.
He is a great attorney who is very easy to talk to and also very patient. Will work with you based on your financial situation. I highly recommend him
I can not say enough good things about Mr. Barnard. While I don't want to be too specific here about my case, I was up against a very corrupt police officer who first assaulted me and then falsely arrested me and wrote up some horrendous and bogus charges. Mr. Barnard had the charges either dropped or greatly reduced and I will be forever indebted to him. He doesn't have a big ego or a cocky attitude like many other attorneys. His staff is also terrific. He really fought for me and his fee was very fair.
