Mr.Spector took the time to listen to my complaint and laid out the pros and cons of pursuing a case. After reviewing all the facts of my case and acquiring the opinions that were needed he mapped out our plan and was supportive and kept me informed all the way. He never did give me any false hope, was always direct, and effected a positive conclusion to the case.
