I had a very tricky landlord tenant dispute. I did without shower facilities for 13 days. Once that was corrected I paid my landlord 1 month advance rent. Two days later he served me with 30 days notice to vacate. I asked for the extra months rent back which he refused. At that point I hired Attorney Devin....who handled the entire situation with knowledge and precision. I received 1 month free rent, compensation for the water situation, my security deposit returned and my landlord had to pay his attorneys fees. I was not charged at all. If Attorney Devin had not been representing me....I don't think the outcome would have been as good.

I had a landlord & tenant matter & attorney Devin knew the law. He was right on top of my case and told me the process from the beginning to the end. He explained the Florida tenants rights to me and what the outcome for me would be. I had no doubt in my mind that I was in good hands. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Attorney Robert Devin sued my ex-landlord for the return of my security deposit. The entire deposit plus interest was returned to me and the landlord paid the attorney fees so no cost to me! I highly recommend Attorney Robert Devin.
