About Me

I specialize in consumer and commercial litigation, transportation and marine litigation and products liability.  I also represent clients who have been scammed by moving companies and assist them in navigating the Carmack Amendment, and other appropriate claims.   I have represented clients in almost every state on the East Coast and am particularly skilled at utilizing litigation technology to effectively limit costs for my clients.

I am also an active scuba diver and Vice President of Risk Management for the Underwater Bar Association.  As an advocate and volunteer for the Posse Foundation and Deliver the Dream, I enjoy spending my free time volunteering in my community.

Having worked with Kelsey on complex product liability and commercial litigation matters, I absolutely endorse Kelsey. She is dependable, organized, tough, diligent and detail-oriented. A rarity among many litigators, she is also practical. She is a team player during depositions, hearings, and trials. We continually look for opportunities to collaborate for clients and for professional organizations. I look forward to working with her again on future litigation.
