I highly endorse this lawyer's work. Mr. Joks contacted me to assist him with an estate matter which he was handing in Florida, yet which had implications in Pennsylvania. The estate was very complex (in Florida, in Pennsylvania, and in another jurisdiction) and the issues in Pennsylvania included Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax, Pennsylvania Ancillary Probate, and Pennsylvania Real Estate.
