17 year old son misdemeanor

I happened upon Mr. Blecher searching for a lawyer on-line. I doubt I could have made a better choice. He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He personally responded to any of my communications whether by email or telephone. The fee was presented up front with no additional costs and he was able to get the charge dismissed. I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Blecher.

Jonathan handled a DUI case for our son. In the end, the case was dismissed. Throughout the entire 2 year process, Mr. Blecher was available to us. He kept us informed and always let us know what choices were available for us. He is professional, straightforward and kind in a very difficult and upsetting situation. We will always be grateful that we chose him to represent our son.

I was arrested for possession of cocaine and DUI a few years ago. I was sitting in a parked car behind an open lounge talking with a male friend when two police officers appeared out of nowhere and dragged us out of the car. My passenger threw a bag of drugs into my purse and I was charged with DUI and Cocaine Possession. I am a schoolteacher and this would certainly get me fired if I lost the case, so the stakes were high. Mr. Blecher did an amazing job cross-examining the police officers in court. He obtained aerial photos of the scene and was able to convince the judge to dismiss the case. I cannot express how grateful i am to Jonathan Blecher.
Juvenile Case

We highly recommend Mr. Blecher for his professionalism and knowledge of the judicial system. He represented our 17 year old son in a juvenile matter. Mr. Blecher ulimately had the case dismissed and our son's record expunged. Without Mr. Blecher's professional leadership and quick legal representation, our son might have a criminal record, not have been allowed to graduate with his class and not have been able to go on to college as planned. Three years later, our son is a fine, college educated young man. We are thankful that he had such a good lawyer to help him through the difficult and confusing legal system.

Mr. Blecher responded to a letter I received from the School Board and convinced them that I was suitable to volunteer in my childrens' school: I had been at a civil party with some 30 other business professionals none of whom had any criminal record when 5 police cars containing some 16 police officers came to arrest us. Charges were dropped at the time as there was no case to answer and I was able to obtain my green card and then citizenship in the interim. I provided the supporting documentation to Mr. Blecher who wrote an excellent letter. Mr. Blecher acted quickly and professionally, kept me in the loop at all times, copied me in on correspondence and achieved a successful outcome in a very short period of time and I could not be more happy with his service.
